$2.18 Million Design Build Repair Hangar 40117 at Fort Rucker, AL. The scope of work for this project consists of repairs to the existing aircraft hangar at Fort Rucker, AL. Project includes demolition, lead paint abatement, phased work in order to facilitate AFS Blackhawk mission, repair of hangar doors, finishes, electrical and mechanical systems.

$10.2 Million Project located at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The scope of work for this project consists of the construction of a 2-story addition and alter existing space of Fairchild Research Information Center (AU Library), Bldg 1405. New construction to be reinforced concrete foundation, steel structure, masonry exterior, standing seam metal roof. Alteration includes reconfiguration existing spaces and upgrade of mechanical, electrical, structural and fire protection systems. This project is also designed to meet LEED Silver standards.

$3.5 Million project located at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The scope of work for this project consists of construction of a standard design Training Aids Center (TAC) to include administration, fabrication, maintenance, and storage space for Army and local training devices, installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), connection to Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS), and building information systems. This project will be constructed to meet LEED Silver requirments and be registered as such.

$14.1 million Design Build O and M Projects at Duke Field, Florida. Design & Repair Hangar, Bldg 3020; Design & Repair Facility, Bldg 3053; Design & Repair Facility, Bldg 3055; Design & Repair Roof, Bldg 3055; Design & Repair Squad Ops, Bldg 3078; Design and Maintain Squad Ops, Bldg 3078; Design and Construct Elevator/Mechanical Room, Bldg 3078, and Design & Repair Roof, Squad Ops, Bldg 3078. These projects involve design construction including major renovations to four separate facilities. Extensive demolition will take place in several facilities and all trades will be utilized for this endeavor. This project is phased to allow users to occupy other facilities as their buildings are completed.

$5.0 million Repair Electrical Distribution System at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The work covered by this Repair of Electrical Distribution System, Phase I and II contract consists of , but is not limited to, upgrading the base-wide electrical distribution system to provide a comprehensive electrical design which consists of the development of an electrical grid that will allow the two (2) substations to be tied together so that either substation is capable of supplying power to Hurlburt Field, FL.
