• Improvements to Maxwell Boulevard - Widening Existing Roadway and addition of Utilities. Work involved clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage system, sanitary sewer system, water system, stabilized aggregate base course, asphalt paving, striping, and other associated work.

  • Combat Vehicle Warehouse - Design/ Build for new dehumidification warehouse for the storage of Light Armored Vehicles (LAV). Warehouse is 70,000 SF with a clear span of 200 feet and an interior clear height of 24 feet. Work involves demolition of an existing concrete pad, installation of concrete foundation and flooring, metal building, fire protection system, dehumidification units, interior electrical system and fire alarm system.

  • Maxwell ADAL Library - This project is a combination renovation and addition to the ADAL AU Library at Maxwell AF Base, officially named the Muir S. Fairchild Information Center. It is the largest library in the Department of Defense and the largest federal library outside of Washington D.C. The 17,000 SF addition will include group study rooms, a computer construction lab, a new special collections room, an administrative suite and maprooms. The project also includes mechanical and electrical renovations and asbestos abatement.

  • Design Build Various Operations & Maintenance Facilities - These projects involve design construction including major renovations to four separate facilities. Extensive demolition will take place in several facilities and all trades will be utilized for this endeavor. This project is phased to allow users to occupy other facilities as their buildings are completed.
